The Consuelo Panuelo is a blouse inspired by the classic Maria Clara blouse, with beautiful bell-shaped sleeves and the iconic panuelo (or alampay) shawl which drapes the shoulders. The Consuelo Panuelo is a modern nod to a classic Filipino tale, with stunning floral embroidery throughout, pearl-like buttons for a luxe touch, and an attached alampay for comfortable wearability.

Made from organza, Consuelo is sheer to showcase your gorgeous outfit underneath. We recommend teaming the Consuelo Panuelo with your favourite evening dress for an updated skirt and blouse look, or perhaps as a classic skirt and blouse combo with a fitted cami underneath. You can modernise this Filipiniana by wearing the Consuelo Panuelo with some high-waisted trousers and heels. Perfection.

SIZING

The size charts below for the Consuelo Panuelo are garment measurements only. We recommend carefully measuring yourself with a tape measure, using your thumb to create a small gap between the measuring tape and your body. Then choose your size based on your measurements compared against the garment measurements. 

We recommend having at least 1-3 inches (2.5-7.5 cm) allowance when selecting your size. If you’re unsure, we recommend going a size or two up for a looser fit or for tailoring.

Please note that this garment design is a straight-cut button-up blouse, with the bust measurements being the same as the waist measurements.

    Orders are processed and dispatched typically within 1-2 business days from the order date.

    We ship worldwide with Australia Post and DHL Express.

    For domestic orders within Australia, once dispatched it takes approximately
    1-4 business days with Express Post and 2-8 business days with Standard Post.

    For international orders, once dispatched it takes approximately 4-6 business days with DHL Express Worldwide Shipping, 6-10 business days with Australia Post Express Shipping or 6-27 business days with Australia Post Standard Shipping.
