If you're looking to wear an ear cuff on both ears, please note that due to the nature of the jewellery, we cannot guarantee that both ear cuffs will be exact mirror images of each other. Like kilay (eyebrows), most of our ear cuffs are sisters, not twins! We appreciate your understanding.

Please note that this ear cuff may vary slightly from the picture, with some ear cuffs containing an additional hook near the top of the ear cuff for extra support.

The Catriona Ear Cuff can be adjusted to comfortably fit your ear by gently bending the metal hook of the middle star. It is important to only bend the piece gently as there is a risk of damaging the ear cuff.

  • Where are the size charts?

    You can find size guides within the product photos (please swipe through the gallery of any listing), within the 'SIZING' section of the product description, or as a link on the product listing.

    Sometimes a garment may vary by a few centimetres between garments of the same size. That's just the nature of things made by an artisan crafter, although we're doing our best to ensure consistency and our makers work hard to produce the garments that you love.

  • How do I know my size?

    Our clothes are artisanal made in the Philippines and sizing may vary from international standard sizes.

    We recommend reading the size guides carefully and measuring yourself with a
    tape measure, using your thumb to create a small gap between the measuring tape and your body. Then compare your measurements to the size chart to select your size.

    We recommend having at least 1 - 3 inches (2.5 - 7.5 cm) allowance when
    selecting your size. If you’re unsure, we recommend going a size or two up for
    a looser fit or for tailoring.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Orders are processed and dispatched typically within 1-2 business days from the order date.

    We ship worldwide with Australia Post and DHL Express.

    For domestic orders within Australia, once dispatched it takes approximately
    1-4 business days with Express Post and 2-8 business days with Standard Post.

    For international orders, once dispatched it takes approximately 4-6 business days with DHL Express Worldwide Shipping, 6-10 business days with Australia Post Express Shipping or 6-27 business days with Australia Post Standard Shipping.
