The Barong Tagalog is the Philippines' national attire. Traditionally worn by men and made of pineapple leaf fabric (Piña), the Barong Tagalog is now a universally loved dress-shirt for all genders and nationalities.

The Yen Bell-Sleeve Barong Tagalog is a multi-functional outerwear, designed to be worn over a wedding dress, evening dresses or smart casual attire. It is a silk blouse showcasing classic Filipino-style, with exquisite hand-embroidered floral detailing. This blouse comes with a detachable, cream-coloured sleeveless top which can be worn optionally underneath the sheer Barong.

SIZING & PRODUCT INFO

This is a size chart of average garment measurements only. Our clothes are artisan-made in the Philippines and sizing may vary from international standard sizes. Measurements may vary slightly by a couple centimetres (approx half an inch) between garments of the same size.

We recommend carefully measuring yourself with a tape measure, using your thumb to create a small gap between the measuring tape and your body. Then choose your size based on your measurements compared against the garment measurements. 

We recommend having at least 1-3 inches (2.5-7.5 cm) allowance when selecting your size. If you’re unsure, we recommend going a size or two up for a looser fit or for tailoring.

Please note that this is an over-sized blouse design that is straight-cut, with bust measurements being roughly the same as waist measurements.

    Orders are processed and dispatched typically within 1-2 business days from the order date.

    We ship worldwide with Australia Post and DHL Express.

    For domestic orders within Australia, once dispatched it takes approximately
    1-4 business days with Express Post and 2-8 business days with Standard Post.

    For international orders, once dispatched it takes approximately 4-6 business days with DHL Express Worldwide Shipping, 6-10 business days with Australia Post Express Shipping or 6-27 business days with Australia Post Standard Shipping.
