We offer pre-orders to give customers the opportunity to reserve their desired item ahead of the next restock. If you need this product urgently, we recommend choosing an in-stock item, as pre-order timelines may not meet your schedule.

We offer returns on products if unworn/unused and dispatched within 7 days of your order's delivery date.

EXCHANGES

We do not do exchanges. The fastest way to ensure that you receive the product you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

This is a size chart of average garment measurements only. Our clothes are artisan-made in the Philippines and sizing may vary from international standard sizes. Measurements may vary slightly by a couple centimetres (approx 1-2 inches) between garments of the same size. 

We recommend carefully measuring yourself with a tape measure, using your thumb to create a small gap between the measuring tape and your body. Then choose your size based on your measurements compared against the garment measurements. 

We recommend having at least 1-3 inches (2.5-7.5 cm) allowance when selecting your size. If you’re unsure, we recommend going a size or two up for a looser fit or for tailoring.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Orders are processed and dispatched typically within 1-2 business days from the order date. Orders containing pre-ordered garments are dispatched once the pre-ordered garment/s arrive in our warehouse and the full order is complete.

    We ship worldwide with Australia Post and DHL Express.

    For domestic orders within Australia, once dispatched it takes approximately 1-4 business days with Express Post and 2-8 business days with Standard Post.

    For international orders, once dispatched it takes approximately 4-6 business days with DHL Express Worldwide Shipping, 6-10 business days with Australia Post Express Shipping or 6-27 business days with Australia Post Standard Shipping.
