We offer returns on products if unworn/unused and dispatched within 7 days of your order's delivery date.

EXCHANGES

We do not do exchanges. The fastest way to ensure that you receive the product you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

SIZING & PRODUCT INFO

Our Barong size charts are garment measurements only. We recommend carefully measuring yourself with a tape measure, using your thumb to create a small gap between the measuring tape and your body. Then choose your size based on your measurements compared against the garment measurements. You can also use your favourite button-up shirt to compare measurements for selecting your size. 

We recommend having at least 1-3 inches (2.5-7.5 cm) allowance when selecting your size. If you’re unsure, we recommend going a size or two up for a looser fit or for tailoring.

Please note that the Barong design is a straight-cut button-up shirt, with the chest measurements being the same as the waist measurements.

Measurements above size Children's Size 16 are adult sizes starting at adult size XS (see our Barong Tagalog range for adult sizes and measurements).

  • Where are the size charts?

    You can find size guides within the product photos (please swipe through the gallery of any listing), within the 'SIZING' section of the product description, or as a link on the product listing.

    Sometimes a garment may vary by a few centimetres between garments of the same size. That's just the nature of things made by an artisan crafter, although we're doing our best to ensure consistency and our makers work hard to produce the garments that you love.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Orders are processed and dispatched typically within 1-2 business days from the order date. Orders containing pre-ordered garments are dispatched once the pre-ordered garment/s arrive in our warehouse and the full order is complete.

    We ship worldwide with Australia Post and DHL Express.

    For domestic orders within Australia, once dispatched it takes approximately
    1-4 business days with Express Post and 2-8 business days with Standard Post.

    For international orders, once dispatched it takes approximately 4-6 business days with DHL Express Worldwide Shipping, 6-10 business days with Australia Post Express Shipping or 6-27 business days with Australia Post Standard Shipping.
