PRE-ORDERS

Is what you're after sold out? We offer pre-orders! We frequently re-stock our store and having pre-orders available enables customers to secure their garment when stock arrives, as we quickly sell out when we re-stock online. It takes anywhere between 1-4 weeks for pre-orders to arrive in store before we can dispatch it, although about a 2-week turnaround time is expected. Once dispatched, the delivery date estimates are dependent on the shipping option you select at the checkout and can range between 4-5 business days to 3-6 weeks once dispatched (please see our FAQs for more info).

RETURNS INFORMATION

We offer returns on products if unworn/unused and dispatched within 7 days of your order's delivery date.

EXCHANGES

We do not do exchanges. The fastest way to ensure that you receive the product you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • How do I know my size?

    Our clothes are artisanal made in the Philippines and sizing may vary from international standard sizes.

    We recommend reading the size guides carefully and measuring yourself with a tape measure, using your thumb to create a small gap between the measuring tape and your body. Then compare your measurements to the size chart to select your size.

    We recommend having at least 1 - 3 inches (2.5 - 7.5 cm) allowance when selecting your size. If you’re unsure, we recommend going a size or two up for a looser fit or for tailoring.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Orders are processed and dispatched typically within 1-2 business days from the order date.

    We ship worldwide with Australia Post and DHL Express.

    For domestic orders within Australia, once dispatched it takes approximately 1-4 business days with Express Post and 2-8 business days with Standard Post.

    For international orders, once dispatched it takes approximately 4-6 business days with DHL Express Worldwide Shipping, 6-10 business days with Australia Post Express Shipping or 6-27 business days with Australia Post Standard Shipping.
