The 'Tadhana' Mindanao malong-inspired wrap skirt is a one-of-a-kind piece handcrafted by artisans in Mindanao, Philippines. Only two were ever made, making it a rare collectible that will never be restocked once sold.

"The malong is special to me. I grew up performing traditional dances with it and using it in everyday life. It’s basically a long tube garment and traditionally worn by the Maranao peoples of Mindanao, Philippines, where my family are from and where I grew up.

Our artisans in Mindanao have made wrap around skirts using the same textiles used for malongs. It's free-sized and beautifully patterned like our malongs and made to be incorporated into your wardrobe.

Dry clean recommended, or gentle hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry or bleach. Cool iron on the reverse, keeping the iron away from embroidery, sequins and beading. Store on a padded hanger with the sleeves supported.
