Shipping policy

Order Processing and Dispatching 

All orders that are fully in-stock are dispatched within 1 – 2 business days from the date of your order, from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia. 

Delivery Date Estimates

We dispatch orders with Australia Post, express or standard international shipping,  depending on the service selected at the checkout. You can find information on delivery times on the Australia Post website here: https://auspost.com.au/sending/send-overseas/international-delivery-times 

For most international orders, once dispatched from our store, it takes about 6 - 10 business days with Australia Post Express Shipping or 10 - 27 business days with Australia Post Standard Shipping.

For domestic orders within Australia, once dispatched it takes 2 - 8 business days with Standard Post and 1 - 4 business days with Express Post.

Although we provide approximate delivery times and multiple shipping options, this is not a guarantee that your product will arrive within the estimated timeframe

Actual delivery times will depend on available flights to your country, customs, and processing at your local facility, and any shipping delays are out of our store's control.

Tariffs and import duties

Customs policies vary by country and may change without notice. Please be aware that any applicable tariffs, import duties, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery. If a delivery is refused or ignored, the parcel will be abandoned and not eligible for a refund.

Standard or Express International Shipping with Australia Post

All orders with standard or express international shipping are tracked and dispatched via Australia Post. Once the parcel has left Australia, it is handed over to the local postal service of the destination country to complete its delivery. For the US, it is USPS. 

All orders are shipped with a tracking number and we recommend checking this to monitor your order's progress and to get in touch with your local postal service for any delivery issues, real time updates or to rearrange collection of your parcel. 

Failed Delivery due to an incorrect/incomplete address or no recipient present to receive/collect parcel

All orders are dispatched with a tracking number. The email provided by you in your order is linked to the tracking number for any potential notifications from the postal service. We recommend using your tracking number online to monitor your parcel's progress and get in touch with your delivery provider or local postal service if potential issues arise. 

Please carefully check that your delivery address is correct, as once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for any loss of goods due to incorrect/incomplete delivery addresses provided to us, and we are not responsible for failure to receive/collect your parcel from the delivery provider. 

Deliveries during Christmas Season

Please note there may be potential delivery delays on orders placed during Christmas season (i.e. from late November, the month of December and through to early January) due to the high volume of parcels being shipped globally. 

Our operations are closed from the 19th of December 2026 to the 3rd of January 2027. In-stock orders placed on or within these dates will be processed and dispatched within 1 – 2 business days after the 3rd of January 2027.
