Returns
To be eligible for a return:
(a) A request for a return must be made and your return must be dispatched with a tracking number within 7 days of your order's delivery.
(b) The item/s must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
(c) You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We offer free returns as a small optional fee at checkout. If you purchase free returns, your return shipping labels will be free. If you choose not to purchase free returns, you will be responsible for return shipping label costs. Free Returns is only available for customers in Australia and the US.
Once we have received your return and assessed it, we will process your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We strictly cannot accept returns on items sent back to us beyond reasonable timeframes for a return (i.e. in excess of 30 days after the date of delivery).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/Non-returnable and non-refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for personal hygiene reasons (such as jewellery, earrings and ear cuffs), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for products that have been damaged or worn by the user, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping and deliveries
Shipping is an additional third party service provided by DHL or Australia Post. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, any delivery delays are out of our store's control (please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information). We do not refund shipping on the basis of delivery delays, failed delivery due to an incorrect/incomplete address or no recipient present to receive/collect parcel, refusal to accept deliveries, or failure to collect the parcel from the shipping provider or postal service.
Failed Delivery due to an incorrect/incomplete address or no recipient present to receive/collect parcel
All orders are dispatched with a tracking number. The email provided by you in your order is linked to the tracking number for any potential notifications from the delivery service. We recommend using your tracking number online to monitor your parcel's progress and get in touch with your local postal service or delivery provider if potential issues arise.
Please carefully check that your delivery address is correct, as once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for any loss of goods due to incorrect/incomplete delivery addresses provided to us, and we are not responsible for failure to receive/collect your parcel from the delivery provider.
We cannot provide refunds without receiving the returned product.
Recipient refusal to accept deliveries
Please be aware that any applicable tariffs, import duties, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery. If a delivery is refused or ignored, the parcel will be abandoned and not eligible for a refund.
Refund timeline
We will notify you once we’ve inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of the delivery date of the return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
